  • Speak politely using ‘please’ and ‘thank you’ where appropriate
  • When talking about a person who is not present, speak as if they are listening to your conversation


  • If you have a problem with someone, talk about the problem in private with that person
  • Apologise and make restitution if someone is upset by your actions

Dentist

Dr Nadeem A Zafar has Special Interest in Dental Implants and Cosmetics.

He is constantly attends courses Worldwide in order to provide his patients with the best care possible, with the latest technology.

He qualified from Guy’s Hospital, London in 1994 and gained a Masters Degree in Dental Implantology from the Eastman's Dental Institute, London.

Dr Zafar presently teaches at Guys Hospital, London and is the UK Director for the International Implant Institute. He actively speaks in the UK and Europe.

  • European Academy of Osseointegration
  • British Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry

Hygienist

Ms. Baheyh Manshadi qualified as a Dental Nurse from the Shadd Academy, Montreal, Canada in 1989 and then as a Dental Hygienist from Guy’s Hospital, London in 1994.

Since then she has worked in numerous practices in London (both large and small), and began working at Surrey Heath Dental Care & Dental Implant Centre when it was first opened in 2000.

Her enthusiasm for her work and her drive for perfection makes her the perfect compliment for those patients who are keen to improve and maintain a high level of Oral Hygiene.


Receptionist

Trish joined Surrey Heath Dental Care & Dental Implant Centre in January 2003. She has a lot of past experience in reception duties and will assist booking your appointments, arranging finance and organising your visits. She is also knowledgeable about our Dental Plan, so please feel free to contact her if you have any questions (Note: she is not a clinician so please understand if she cannot answer any technical questions).



Dental Nurse

Nikki joined Surrey Heath Dental Care & Dental Implant Centre as a trainee nurse in 2000 and has now developed into a highly trained team member.

Note: All members of our team at Surrey Heath Dental Care & Dental Implant Centre are constantly undergoing training in order to provide the best service possible and to make your visit as pleasant as possible.
