For your convenience we accept Cash, Cheque, Switch, Solo, Visa, and MasterCard. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact Trish or Nikki on 01276 469600. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.


We also offer longer-term financing through the Amber Credit who can help you afford treatment with low monthly payments and at a reasonable interest rate.
At present we are able to offer 12 months interest free for up to £2000.
It is also possible to spread your payments for up to 5 years (interest rates differ dependant on the amount you wish to borrow. The interest is charged daily, so the faster you repay the less interest you will pay!).

Example of spreading payments (over x years) for every £1000 borrowed:

  • Over 2 years = £49 per month
  • Over 3 years = £35 per month
  • Over 5 years = £23 per month

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan but this must be done prior to the actual procedure.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

All patients will be charged if they fail to keep their appointments.

We have a strict policy of requiring at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

By giving us 24 hours notice we have sufficient time to attempt to fill your appointment space.
